1. Black Iron expects all it's members to be mature in their behavior. What does this mean? We don't want our members in chat talking about Chuck Norris, calling anyone a Noob, talking about anyone's Mother, Father, brother, sister or any other family member. In other words no little kiddy crap. If you like all that stuff we're not the guild for you.
2. Black Iron expects you to know how to play your character(s) class to the best of your ability. Very few things suck more in a MMO than being in a group with someone who doesn't know how to play their class.
3. Black Iron does not expect it's members to live for playing LOTRO or any other game. Please have a life outside of the game because most of us will. We are a casual guild in that we like to play but we try to keep it from becoming a job.
4. Black Iron expects its members to only roll on loot they can use unless otherwise specified. Don't be a loot whore. If you need something for an alt feel free to ask if it's ok to roll on an item.
5. Black Iron expects its members to work together whenever possible. If you're looking for a group to do some quests, look to your guild mates first.
6. The guild leader is the final word on any guild related issue.
